Terms of Service

Effective April 17, 2026

This document is a plain-English placeholder. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by counsel before commercial use.

1. Who this applies to

These terms govern your use of OrcLink's link routing, analytics, and attribution services ("the Service"). By creating an account or clicking a link that resolves through the Service, you agree to be bound by them.

2. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • Distribute malware, phishing pages, or content that violates applicable law.
  • Attempt to overwhelm, reverse-engineer, or circumvent our rate limits.
  • Impersonate another person or workspace, or tamper with visitor identifiers in ways designed to inflate attribution.
  • Route to destinations whose operators have requested removal.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section without advance notice when required to protect other users.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the destinations, rules, and campaigns you configure. You grant OrcLink the limited license required to store, process, and route requests on your behalf. We do not sell click data to third parties.

4. Fees and plans

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate mid-cycle refunds except where required by law.

5. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, OrcLink's aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We will provide reasonable notice and export options before deleting workspace data, except in cases involving abuse or legal compulsion.

7. Changes to these terms

Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
